During this presentation:    Participants will learn three abilities needed to thrive and flourish.  Participants will learn how to use laughter in treating clients with anxiety and depression.  Participants will see the research on the benefits of laughter and humor.  Participants will learn how to use laughter and humor to teach coping skills in various life situations.1.0 Clinical hour. Pre-registration is required to be awarded CEU credit.
