2120: Yoga for Body, Mind, & Spirit in the Psychotherapeut

April 23, 2021 - 9:00am - 12:15pm.   Yoga for Body, Mind, & Spirit in the Psychotherapeutic Setting.  Yoga is a philosophical system that provides a holistic approach to well-being, addressing the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person.  In this workshop, we will explore the concept of yoga as a tool in psychotherapy, learn about yoga's efficacy in trauma-informed care, and participate in 3 practices that help to interrupt the mental commentary.  3.0 Clinical hours.
