2105: When Students with Disabilities have Behavior: Legal
February 19, 2021 - 1:00pm - 4:15pm. When Students with Disabilities have Behavior: Legal Responsibilities, Interventions, and Discipline. This seminar will include a review of the laws regarding school discipline as related to students with disabilities (IEPs/IAPs) including particularly Bulletin 1706. The participants will be taught about appropriate interventions to address behavior regarding IEPs and IAPs. The responsibilities of each member of the team and other members of the school staff in regards to behavior will be discussed. 3.0 General hours.
