During the annual conference, the NASW-LA will honor the following individuals for their individual

contributions to the profession and their communities.

Social Worker of the Year:     LT. Colonel Charles R. Lewis

Citizen of the Year:     James Bernazzani

Lifetime Achievement:     Mary T. George, LCSW

Public Official of the Year:     Senator Karen Carter Peterson

MSW Student of the Year:    Christopher Seaman

BSW Student of the Year:     Kristina Stewart Allen
